Smart Rentals
Run your rentals from your phone
Keyless check-in, leak alerts, thermostat limits and noise monitoring, installed and looked after by a local IT company. For Airbnb and Vrbo hosts, landlords, investors and property managers.

Less driving, fewer surprises, and guests who check themselves in.
No more key handoffs
Every booking gets its own door code, sent automatically and turned off at checkout. Cleaners and vendors get their own codes too.
Catch problems before the damage
Leak, freeze, low-battery and offline alerts go to you and to us, so a burst pipe doesn't wait for the next guest.
Stop parties and high energy bills
A noise monitor flags loud nights without recording a thing. Thermostat limits keep guests and empty units in a safe, affordable range.
One local company for all of it
Locks, Wi-Fi, sensors and the apps that run them. We're an IT company first, so the tech stays connected and working.
Turnovers without a locksmith
Tenant moving out? Old codes are cleared and new ones set in minutes. No rekeying.
Properties anywhere
We install in Chicagoland and monitor properties anywhere. Out of the area, we set the devices up and walk your handyman through the install.

Built to the rules
What Airbnb, Vrbo and Illinois law expect, set up correctly from day one.
- No indoor cameras. Airbnb and Vrbo don't allow them, and neither do we.
- Outdoor cameras cover entrances only and are disclosed in your listing.
- Noise monitors measure decibels only and never record.
- No noise monitors in bedrooms or bathrooms.
- Keypad and app codes instead of fingerprint or face locks, which Illinois biometric privacy law restricts.
- Your locks and sensors stay off the guest Wi-Fi.
Also for small businesses
Offices, shops and restaurants: staff door codes with a record of who came in when, thermostat schedules, outdoor cameras and leak sensors, from the same company that runs your IT. Quoted after a free walkthrough.
Common questions
Which booking software do you work with?
Most hosts use Airbnb or Vrbo directly, or software like Hospitable, OwnerRez, Guesty or Hostaway. We pick locks that connect to what you already use.
Can I keep my current lock or thermostat?
Often, yes. If it connects to your booking software, we'll set it up. If it doesn't, we'll tell you what would.
What happens if a guest can't get in?
Property Care Plus includes lockout help by phone from 7 AM to 10 PM, every day. Every package also includes a backup key lockbox.
Do you put cameras inside?
No. Airbnb and Vrbo don't allow indoor cameras, and neither do we. Outdoor cameras cover entrances only and are disclosed in your listing.
Do you do wiring?
No. New wiring, hardwired cameras and electrical work go to a licensed electrician. We set up the devices once they're done.
I'm a homeowner. Can you help?
Our focus is rentals and businesses. If you're already a client or were referred by one, call us and we'll take care of you.
Tell us about your properties
We'll recommend the locks, sensors and settings that fit and give you a flat price per property. No cost, no obligation.
