Common questions
Can you make our practice HIPAA compliant?
No IT company can make a practice compliant on its own, because HIPAA also covers your policies and training. We put the technical safeguards in place (encryption, access controls, backups, updates and monitoring) and help you document them for your risk assessment.
Do you support dental imaging?
Yes. We set up and maintain imaging PCs, sensors, intraoral cameras and software such as DEXIS, Sidexis, Schick and Apteryx, and work with your imaging vendor when needed.
Can you help if our practice software is down?
Yes. We troubleshoot the PCs, server and network, and call your software vendor’s support line for you so your staff can keep seeing patients.
What does it cost?
Plans are $100 per user per month for Basic and $175 per user per month for Complete, and office plans start at $200 per month. The first security check-up is free.
