What breaks on a busy night

Restaurants and shops depend on a small network that has to work perfectly during the rush.

POS goes offline

Registers, handhelds and card readers drop when the internet or Wi-Fi hiccups.

Kitchen printers and KDS

Tickets stop printing or screens freeze in the middle of service.

Guest Wi-Fi slows everything

Customers on the same network as your registers slow them down and create a security risk.

Online and delivery orders

DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub tablets miss orders when the connection is weak.

Cameras you can’t check

Old DVRs and cameras that don’t work from your phone when you need to review an incident.

Card-payment security

POS systems need to stay separate, patched and protected to keep card data safe.

Common questions

Can you keep our POS running if the internet goes down?

Yes. We can add a backup internet connection, such as 5G or Starlink, that takes over automatically so you can keep taking cards.

Do you deal with Toast or Square support for us?

Yes, with the POS & Apps add-on. When a terminal, printer, handheld or delivery tablet acts up, we troubleshoot it and call your POS company for you, so you can keep running service. We work with Toast, Square, Clover, SpotOn, Lightspeed and others.

Should guest Wi-Fi be separate from our registers?

Yes. Guest Wi-Fi should always be on its own network. It protects card data and keeps customers from slowing down your POS.

What does it cost?

The Location Plan is $150 per location per month and covers your network. The POS & Apps add-on is $125 more per location per month and covers up to 10 POS devices, with $15 for each additional device.
