Common questions
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes. We handle the office IT for the management company and smart locks, sensors and Wi-Fi across the properties you manage.
Can you manage access for vendors and cleaners?
Yes. Each vendor, cleaner and tenant gets their own code that can be turned off at any time, with a record of every entry.
Do you put cameras inside units?
No. Cameras cover entrances and common areas only and are disclosed. Airbnb and Vrbo don't allow indoor cameras.
How is it priced?
Smart Rentals packages are flat prices per property, with discounts for 3 or more properties. Office IT is a flat monthly price per user or per location.
