Is it really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. Every fix in the report can be done by you, your current IT person, or Smartkinect.
Will you change anything?
Only small, safe fixes, and only with your OK. Nothing that could lock anyone out or interrupt your work.
How long does it take?
About an hour on site, plus 10 minutes for the questionnaire beforehand.
What should I have ready?
Access to your network closet or router, and an admin login for Microsoft 365 or Google if you have one.
