Common questions
Will different brands work together?
Often, yes. We pick devices that work with your preferred platform (Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home or Home Assistant) and set up a hub when you want everything in one place. Home Assistant is a great fit if you want local control that keeps working even when the internet is down.
Do I need strong Wi-Fi first?
Smart devices depend on Wi-Fi. If a doorbell or camera is far from the router, we’ll check coverage and recommend a fix, such as mesh Wi-Fi, so devices don’t drop offline.
Can I start small?
Yes. Many customers start with a doorbell and smart lock or a lighting starter kit and add more later.
What if something stops working later?
Every install has a 1-year workmanship warranty, and our Smart Home Care plan ($39/month) adds remote help, updates and Wi-Fi monitoring.
