Most Wi-Fi problems aren’t your internet plan. The speed gets lost between the router and the rooms you actually use: thick walls, a router in the basement, extenders that cut speed in half, or two routers fighting each other. We find the real cause and fix it, often with settings and placement before new hardware.

Common questions
Do I need a faster internet plan?
Usually not. If the speed is good next to the router but poor in other rooms, the problem is Wi-Fi coverage, not your plan. The checkup tells you which it is.
Are Wi-Fi extenders good enough?
Extenders often cut speed and create a second network that devices get stuck on. A mesh system creates one network that hands devices off smoothly as you move around the house.
Which mesh system do you use?
We recommend a system that fits your home size and budget, such as TP-Link Deco, and we can work with equipment you already own. Equipment is priced separately.
Will my smart devices and doorbell still work?
Yes. We move every device onto the new network and test it, including doorbells, cameras, thermostats and printers.
